Maritime DisplayThis is a display from Leighton Buzzard Model Boat The Leighton Buzzard Model Boat Club was established in 1982 as a small group of enthusiasts in the town. The aim of the club was to bring together those interested in the many aspects of model boating, and this remains true today. In the early days members sailed their models on the lakes at Stockgrove Park and Tiddenfoot. Unfortunately these lakes were never ideal venues for sailing, so the club moved its activities to the lake at Bletchley Park after the Trust opened the park to the public. The club now maintains a maritime display of models in one of the park buildings. The lake at Bletchley Park is the usual venue for our organised club sailing and events.
