makes a much welcomed return visit to give an insight into the extremely extensive naval organisation that produced and conducted the great armada that made D-Day the success that it was.

 

The Winter Lecture Series will be held on the second Thursday of each month from October 2009 through till April 2010, excluding December. All the lectures will be held in the Mansion and whenever possible in the Ballroom. Except for the first lecture of the series, which starts at 7pm, lectures will commence at 7.30pm and the Mansion is open from 6.30pm. We will endeavour to have a selection of articles from the Trust’s Shop available in the Mansion before and after our lectures. The ticket price includes a glass of wine, orange juice of coffee after the lecture.
